What courier do you use?

We ship everything through Australia Post. Once your parcel leaves us, it's in their hands — we can't update your address or redirect it after it's been sent. If something goes wrong in transit, contact Australia Post directly. For damaged parcels, check our returns policy.

Weekday orders (Mon–Fri) ship next day. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend ship within 2 business days.

Do you ship on weekends?
