Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how I handle it.

Returns

I accept returns on items sent back in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging where applicable.

To start a return, contact Bec at becsanders@live.com.au with your order number and reason for return. I'll confirm the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

I don't accept returns on:

- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Returns requested after the 7-day window

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or I sent the wrong item, contact Bec at becsanders@live.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

I'll sort it out.
